Our column pipes come with a patented built-in locking mechanism for the coupler (no cuts or breaks in the pipeline) which ensures the safety of the pipes and couplers even in extreme conditions. .

Built-in automatic locking system
The coupler is attached to the pipeline through a special automatic locking system to prevent thread slippage during the pipeline assembly and disassembly process.
The advantage of this system is that it cannot be unscrewed or disassembled and provides a rigid lock.
Square Thread Thread
The coupler and pipe joints have square threads machined with numerically controlled (CNC) lathes to maintain the precision required to withstand high loads without thread slippage.
Because of this, it is very easy to assemble and disassemble the column tubing, as well as providing additional strength to the tubing.
Precision thread fabrication reduces tubing loosening during submersible pump on / off.
Square thread provides superior grip and resistance against tensile load.
Bi-axial orientation
Tools specially designed in the pipe extrusion process, achieve the Bi-Axial orientation of the material, ensuring that the molecular chain of the uPVC becomes linear and diametrically oriented, which provides incredible resistance to impact in the pipes.
Thick and thin pipe portion
The column tubes are thicker at the threaded end, to compensate for the tube wall thickness due to the threads.
The residual thickness in the final part after the thread is made remains the same as the rest of the pipe, therefore, the resistance of the pipe is fully preserved.
This technique saves on the consumption of raw material in manufacturing and also provides much greater resistance to the pipes.
This portion has been developed to absorb the full torque produced by the motor, resulting in long tubing life.
